Originally established by Paraic Mannion in 2016 the business has grown steadily since its inception. Having spent 10 years working in the UK as a site based RICS chartered surveyor and later as a senior estimator for civils, rail and infrastructure contractors he identified a need for an independent estimating service which was backed up with hands on site experience, from this Mannion Ltd was born.
